These Terms of Use govern your use of the StickerDrop app and website. By using StickerDrop, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use StickerDrop. By using the app, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use StickerDrop to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, hateful, or violates third-party rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the AI generation system
• Circumvent free-tier limits through automated means
• Resell access to the service without authorization

4. AI-Generated Content

You own the sticker designs you create using StickerDrop. However, we make no guarantees that AI-generated images are unique or free of third-party intellectual property claims. You are responsible for reviewing designs before commercial use.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

• Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at $4.99 through Apple's In-App Purchase system.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods except as required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

The StickerDrop name, logo, interface, and underlying code are owned by us and protected by copyright. You may not copy or reproduce any part of the app without written permission.

7. Disclaimers

StickerDrop is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific AI output quality. Use at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of StickerDrop shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
