StickerDrop ("Athletic Progression LLC") operates the StickerDrop mobile application. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

1. Information We Collect

• Account data: Email address and name when you sign up via email or Apple Sign In.
• Usage data: Number of AI generations used, projects saved, and features accessed.
• Prompts: Text prompts you enter to generate sticker images.
• Device data: Device type, OS version, and crash logs for troubleshooting.
• Payment data: Subscription status only. Payment details are handled by Apple and never stored by us.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve the StickerDrop service
• To enforce free-tier generation limits and Pro subscription access
• To send account-related notifications (never marketing without consent)
• To diagnose bugs and crashes

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Clerk — Authentication. See clerk.com/privacy.
• Replicate — AI image generation. Prompts are sent to Replicate's API. See replicate.com/privacy.
• Apple — In-App Purchases and Sign In with Apple. See apple.com/privacy.
• Vercel / Neon — Hosting and database. Data stored in the United States.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data and projects as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by emailing privacy@stickerdrop.app. We will delete your data within 30 days.

5. Children's Privacy

StickerDrop is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us immediately.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact us at contact@stickerdropapp.com to exercise these rights.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
